Tribal Fusion is a combination of Greek, Arab and Egyptian origins. Dare yourself to enjoy your body, presence, dance in front of others, new sensations with movements that awaken your deepest sensuality, work the internal muscles and increase the Consciousness corporal.

Elements: mats, balls, and elastic tapes.

Objectives of classes: Personal training.
The fundamental objective is to strengthen internal, transverse and oblique muscles. The muscles that give us stability and strength in the body, to help avoid any kind of injuries by working the Hara, CORE or Chi.
Balance, Strength and Flexibility
Lilit will accompany you to find a routine that strengthens your body, You will discover internal muscles and new sensations. Together you will work with the consciousness of the body to release its large supply of energy – to feel revitalised like when taking a cold shower!
Focussing on breath, internal contraction exercises, yoga postures and balance your power will be elevated.

In order to give you a deeper connection and understanding of life issues for an inner growing , we offer you the possibility to have your personal session with an innovative Therapy .
IDOL , Inner Dance Of Love
A therapy to release the patterns that limit you and to heal physical and psychological problems through the observation of body movement and coaching .
Sessions will be given by Giulia Campinoti , Sa’Sen Yin therapist specialised in body movement observation and guiding people to find the root of their own problems, also getting back forgotten traumatic memories.

African Dance Classes: «Afro gypsy animal»
Teacher: Rebeca C. Platero
Elements: Elements will be used occasionally with general theatrical or musical functionality. There will be instruments for live music, but not during all sessions.
Public to which classes are aimed: These courses are designed for powerful people, wanting to express their light and share it from the respect within the herd.
Description and objectives of classes:
AFRO: The musical information and level of movements that is going to be shared in the course, is in it’s great majority from different countries of west Africa. Fundamentally, from the Mandinga culture; but there will be lots of information from North Africa too, this will be marked in the style of dance.
GYPSY: The woman who shares information, a globetrotter, in love with music, movement and cultural mix, as well as a student of ancient cultures and rituals. That’s why her style is mixed, mestizo, gypsy.
All the information that is shared in the class, at the musical and movement level, comes from its place of origin. It’s been learnt in person, directly from native teachers. It comes from the source.
The influence on the teacher’s style is the result from studying various folklores.
The objective of the course is to work our roots, our sense of security. But from there, from that solid base, let the soul freely express itself. We move directly from music to movement, without intervention of the mind.
ANIMAL: In most African rhythms, melodies and letters, the symbols of nature can still be seen. They are presented as a queen of action and motivation for human life.
Through music let’s reconnect with nature, of which we are part of!
In this dance, music and movement are one.
